  • Place your tree near a window.

Do you sell trees over 2 metres tall with roots?

No, we don't sell such trees because the roots are too imposing and the size of the pot and especially its weight would be too great.

Cut, root-balled or potted: what’s the difference?

A cut Christmas tree, with or without a cross stand, no longer has roots. A Christmas tree with a water stand is also cut, but the stand allows the tree to absorb water, helping it stay fresh for longer.

A root-balled Christmas tree retains its roots, which are protected by plastic wrapping. It should be placed in a pot or planted directly in the ground.

Finally, a potted Christmas tree also retains its roots and is sold directly in its pot.

Does a potted Christmas tree last longer?

Yes, and it can also be replanted after the festive season.

My Christmas tree is losing its needles. Is this normal?

Yes, some needle loss is normal during the first few days after installation.

To keep your Christmas tree fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, avoid placing it near a heat source (radiator, fireplace, stove, etc.) or in an overly warm room. You can also lightly mist the branches with water from time to time to help prevent them from drying out. If your tree is installed in a water stand, remember to check the water level regularly and refill the reservoir when necessary.

Can I change my delivery date?
