Discover an exceptional specialty coffee, grown in Venezuela, in the mountainous region of Caripe, located in the state of Monagas.
This fertile land, known as the Garden of Venezuela, enjoys a mild climate and rich volcanic soils — ideal for growing coffees of great finesse and aromatic purity.

The Hacienda Cocollar, owned by Carlos César Ávila, continues a family tradition that began more than fifty years ago.
His ambition is simple: to produce an authentic coffee, respectful of nature and local craftsmanship.
Located at 900 meters above sea level, the farm covers 125 hectares of lush land.
Coffee trees grow under the shade of banana and fruit trees, which preserve biodiversity and balance the ecosystem.

Each bean is the result of careful, manual work.
The cherries are hand-picked, ensuring a rigorous selection and consistent quality.
The Red Catuai variety, a cross between Caturra and Mundo Novo, thrives in these volcanic soils.
The plants are nourished only with 100% organic fertilizers such as worm castings, Tricobiol, Nemabiol, and Biomix.
No chemicals are used — this is a truly natural and sustainable coffee.

The Honey process enhances the full aromatic potential of this terroir.
It gives the coffee a balanced and complex profile, with fruity, honeyed, and chocolate notes.
The texture is silky, the acidity gentle, and the sweetness natural.
Each sip offers a refined and harmonious tasting experience.

Under the direction of Carlos César Ávila, the farm has undergone a remarkable transformation.
In partnership with High Five Company and the Liagre family, founders of ORIGIN2U, the Hacienda Cocollar has become a model of sustainable agriculture.
Today, more than 100,000 coffee trees are grown there, representing nearly 40% of Caripe’s total production.

The Venezuela – Hacienda Cocollar, micro-roasted by High Five Company , is a 100% Arabica coffee — bright, balanced, and full of depth.
Each cup tells a story of passion, tradition, and respect for the land.
